EDEN FOODSERVICE CHEF COMMENDED AT NATIONAL COMPETITION

Eden Foodservice’s Tanya Watkin, a Kitchen Manager at Eaton Bray Lower School in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, has been recognised at this year’s School Chef of the Year. Having won the Regional event, Tanya recently competed at the National final at Sheffield College where she was awarded with Highly Commended Main Course for her Allotment Lamb Filo Scrunchy, served with redcurrant and herb sauce, stuffed new potatoes and roasted vegetables.
