We provide delicious, healthy school meals, with balanced menus that offer pupils great choice. Quality is vital, so we take training our kitchen staff seriously. Our school chefs – such as Tanya Watkin, who won the prestigious LACA School Chef of the Year competition 2014 – help maintain our high standards.
Our Nutritionists consider the health and well-being of pupils in every aspect of our service. Our Nutrition Team continually explores ways to improve the nutritional quality of our recipes, meet and exceed nutritional standards, and introduce new education initiatives.
